We will focus on aiding your body's recovery and helping your body adapt to carrying and feeding your baby.
These classes offer a special place to bond and play with your baby. Babies can be as vocal as they need to be (as can their mums!). This is a zero judgement space! Classes are followed by a chance to have a hot drink and a chat with other new mothers.
No yoga experience is necessary. These classes are suitable from 5-6 weeks postpartum if you've had a vaginal birth or 12 weeks if you've had a caesarian birth.
If you are a non-binary parent or trans dad then you are warmly welcome to these classes.
