Jess is a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, training with Dr. Abby Hoffman. She first encountered yoga whilst studying in Mazatlan, Mexico in 2008 and she has continued her journey with Yoga over the last decade. Her classes combine the ancient wisdoms of yoga with a contemporary knowledge of the body she has developed through her extensive dance training at some of the world's leading institutions.
