Yoga is an ancient, practical philosophy originating from India.
By learning to move, stretch and breathe, a yoga practice creates a space for you to; find your centre, tune in and take care of yourself.
My classes combine the ancient wisdoms of yoga with a contemporary knowledge of the body, developed through my extensive dance training at some of the world's leading institutions.
